Our
Shipping Procedures
The majority of our merchandise will ship to you via UPS Ground
service. Items that are too large for UPS to handle will ship
out via common carrier, the additional freight cost will be added
to your order total and confirmed via E-mail, prior to delivery or
charge to your account. Freight charges on orders under $200.00 are
usually minimal because we ship from multiple distribution centers
across the nation. There is probably a distribution center in or close
to your city.
Please
note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Lead
Times
Typically, your order will ship within 24 hours or less Monday through
Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturday's or Sunday's will normally
ship on Monday. Orders received on holidays will ship no more then
24 hours from the start of the next business day. You can expect your
merchandise to arrive in 5 to 6 business days or less. Please note
delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. If there is a problem
with your order, if merchandise is back ordered, or if there is a
potential shipping delay we will contact you via phone.

If you need your order expedited, please call us and we will try to
make arrangements to accommodate your needs. Any extra RUSH
or OVERNIGHT charges will be confirmed via phone prior to delivery
or charge to your account.
