Returns
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained
from Power Chemical, Inc., and must accompany all return
shipments. No shipment will be accepted for return without our
prearranged authorization and must be within 10 days of order date
(unless item is back ordered). All return shipments must be prepaid.
Shipping charges are not refundable by Power Chemical, Inc.,
unless it has been determined that Power Chemical, Inc.
made the error, in which case we will repay the customer for any reasonable
shipping charges.
We cannot
accept C.O.D. return shipments. Returned items must be unused
(showing no signs of alteration or use) 100% complete, in original
condition (allowing for item to be resold) and include original packing
material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided
by the manufacturer. Claims for discrepancies in shipment, must be
made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns
that are not deemed to be the
error of Power Chemical, Inc. or not
deemed damaged merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All
products returned must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date.
If, for any reason, the item, carton or packing is not in condition
to be resold, credit will be at salvage value (30%).
Damaged,
Lost or Short Shipments
Power Chemical, Inc. is not responsible for any damaged, lost or short
shipments due to carriers.
It is suggested that the customer check their order immediately upon
receipt. Damaged shipments and shortages must be noted on delivery
and called into the carrier that delivered product within 3 calendar
days. Keep all damaged containers for inspection by carrier. You are
able to file a claim with the carrier at that time.
